Operations and Property Management specialist, Ellen Maxime has had an amazing career. Beginning in 1998 through 2013 Ellen was the Senior VP of Multifamily Management. Her employer was Mobile based Delaney Development, Inc. She was responsible for Operations and Property Management of one of the largest multifamily portfolios in the Southeast.
During her tenure with the Delaney’s, she was responsible for the renovation of over 1700 multifamily. For her team of 50+, she established a benefit program, policies, procedures, and a safety program that has been shared nationwide among management companies.
Next, after the sale of the Delaney portfolio in 2013, Ellen joined Hattiesburg based Adcock Properties. Then, she led the company through Operations and Property Management of a portfolio with beginning roots of about 400 units. With relentless effort, prior to leaving Adcock, she had assembled a portfolio of 3,000+ units. As a result she had an increase team member count of just shy of 100.
Beginning her time with Adcock, Ms. Maxime was Regional Property Manager. Her tenure afforded many opportunities including the title of President of Adcock Property Management. Her impact was viewed regionally as “profound” given the number of transactions that were purchased, managed, and transitioned out after improvements during her nine-year stay.
To enjoy a more desired work/home life balance free of travel and 24 hours on call work, Ellen joined Keller Williams Prime Realty Group and Prime Coastal Properties. It is the team goal to establish a legacy within the organization. They strive for success through honest, and transparency as an organization. Therefore, the goal is quality operations, procedures, and attention to detail with customer service at the highest level throughout Prime Realty Group and Prime Coastal Properties.
A celebrated professional with local, state, and national leadership recognition. She has served in numerous roles on the Mobile Apartment Association, Alabama Association, and The National Association. Ellen currently holds an Alabama Real Estate License (inactive). As a result she holds numerous designations from The National Apartment Association including a Certified Property Manager Designation. She is the recipient of multiple Presidents Awards, a Lifetime Achievement Award and the Diplomat of the Year award from the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.
