With the desire to be and with the attributes of a leader, Stephen Hickman has forged a path to success. From early days as a music minister, to an eleven-year role with promotions leading to Division Support with Buffalo Rock at the time of his departure; he found that that there was still a greater calling. Stephen’s next opportunity placed him for six years in a leadership position with Volunteers of America as an Accounting Manager. Leaving VOA for CPSI, an up-and-coming Mobile based healthcare solutions provider, Stephen took his professional career all over the United States as an Install Manager.

The real estate path soon became Stephen Hickman Real Estate with the arms of Prime Realty Group and Prime Coast Properties. The growth of the organization from a two-person team now boasts of seven Realtors ®, a Director of Operations, an Assistant to a Leasing Specialist, a Property Manager, a Transaction Coordinator, and a Marketing/Advertising Agent.
