From days as a music minister, to a role leading to Division Support with Buffalo Rock, Stephen found a greater calling. Stephen’s next six years placed him in a leadership position with Volunteers of America. In that position he was an Accounting Manager. Leaving VOA for CPSI, an up-and-coming Mobile based healthcare solutions provider, Stephen reached the position as an Install Manager.
In the role as an Install Manager for CPSI, Stephen implemented, and supported health care facilities across the continental US and beyond. Using CPSI products, their internal teams changed the look of health care managed computer systems and solutions.
In 2019 with the drive to create a path for himself that he would totally control. Stephen became a licensed Realtor ® and a member of the Keller Williams organization. What started in early 2019 as a part-time hobby, soon became a full-time passion. Stephen quickly saw the success and opportunities as a real estate agent. He also saw additional opportunities as an investor, and leader. He looked to the future and had a vision for his own business in not only real estate but also property management.
The path soon became Stephen Hickman Real Estate with the arms of Prime Realty Group and Prime Coast Properties. The growth of the organization from a two-person team has certainly grown. He now boasts of eight Realtors ®, a Director of Operations, a Property Manager, a Transaction Coordinator, Listing Coordinator and a Marketing/Advertising Specialist. All team members report directly to the Coastal Alabama real estate professional, Stephen Hickman
